* Intimate Reception (Less than 40 guests) $3,500 for the rental of the venue plus food/beverage costs
* Large Reception (40 to 75 guests) $5,000 for venue rental plus food/beverage costs
* Food cost is $45.99 per person++ ( See menu below)
*Wedding Cake and floral services are permitted through outside vendors.
*All decorations, props, and stylized furniture will be provided by your wedding coordinator
• Room Discounts available when booking 10 or more rooms.
• A non-refundable deposit of $1,800.00 is required to secure your preferred date--$1,500.00 goes towards the venue rental, and $300.00 covers the price of the beach permit for the ceremony.
