PELICAN BEACH RESORT
A repair project is underway to the wall of the tower for the trash chute on the west side of the building. Repairs are expected to last 2-3 weeks with minimal impact to guests. Please be on alert for any signage for repairs underway around the property.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please keep in mind that schedules and work activities are subject to change with little or no notice depending on such factors as weather and equipment problems.

All amenities will remain open. This project only affects the street facing exterior of the Pelican Beach Resort building.
RENTAL GUIDE
For Pelican Beach Management guests, we are the largest management company with vacation rentals at Pelican Beach. We have the inventory, when available, and the ability to move guests to less affected parts of Pelican Beach or to the Terrace at Pelican Beach. Thus, guests of Pelican Beach Management can continue to book with confidence that we will recommend and place guests in condominiums with the least impact to this project. Please note, Pelican Beach Management has no control of the timetable and locations of work. That is within the control of the Pelican Beach Homeowners Association. Additionally, we do not have any control on Vrbo or other management company reservations. Guests will need to contact those parties for any advice or questions.
