If you find and advise Pelican Beach Management of a lower, published, room rate which yields a lower TOTAL PRICE for Pelican Beach Resort or the Terrace, for the same unit type and bed type, and for the same dates and number of guests, within 24 hours after making your reservation, Pelican Beach Management, Inc. will honor the competing TOTAL PRICE.

The Lowest TOTAL PRICE will compare the total room cost of the stay booked at the Pelican Beach Management, Inc. with the total room cost of the stay booked at a competing rate with the same rate limitations. The Lowest TOTAL PRICE does not apply to unpublished rates not available to the general public. Rates not available to the general public include, but not limited to, corporate discount rates, group rates, meeting rates, any rates requiring membership in a club, or rates offered by individual condominium owners.
