We're offering super rates to your company or organization for any fall or winter season meeting, association event, or corporate outing. Whether team building, prospecting, or tending to existing customers, the Resorts of Pelican Beach offers a variety of "meeting space" conducive to building business relationships.
Our Hot Dates Meetings Package includes:
• Your selection of one, two, or three-bedroom condominiums beachfront or gulf view
• Complimentary meeting space
• Deluxe AM and PM Breaks
• Basic (in-house) AV package
• Wireless High-speed Internet access in Conference Center
• Pencils, pads and mints set up in meeting rooms
• Meetings Concierge to assist with planning any off-site activities (dining, golf, tennis, fishing, and more) and catering services
Our Hot Dates Meeting Package rates vary by season. Please consult with our Director of Sales & Marketing to determine the best package available for your organization.
Rates are based upon one person, per bedroom in your choice of one, two, or three-bedroom condominium units. Minimum 2 night stay required, 3 nights in certain seasons. Rates do not include tax or Resort Admin Fee (per unit). Rates available for new bookings only. If the packages above do not meet your group needs please let us know, we are happy to customize a package for you!
