Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your stay. Pelican Beach is a private community and rules and procedures are in effect with the goal of providing the best guest and owner experience while on the property.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

 

Get ready for the beach vacation of a lifetime! Here’s what you need to know to prepare.

 

TIPS

 

Pre-Arrival Checklist: Don’t forget to download the Pelican Beach app for real-time updates, contactless check-in details, and easy access to property amenities.

 

Grocery Delivery: Save time by using our partner grocery delivery services. You can arrive to a fully stocked kitchen, ready for your stay.

 

Beach Rentals: Pre-book your beach chairs and umbrellas through our concierge service to ensure you’re all set for those lazy days on the sand.

 

Packing: WHAT TO BRING - All the important things. Bring your tennis racquet, beach towels, a good book, other beach items and suntan lotion. Please no beach tents or canopies. WHAT NOT TO BRING - Linens are provided and all units have fully equipped kitchens. Many units have a washer and dryer and there are laundry facilities on property. Tents and canopies are prohibited on the beach.

 

 


RESORT ACCESS PROCEDURES FOR FIRST-TIME ARRIVING GUESTS


1. Everyone arriving at Pelican Beach must check-in with the Security officer at the entrance. No Exceptions.


2. Guests arriving prior to registration shall provide either paper or email confirmation of their intended stay.


3. Guests will receive a parking hang tag from their property management company or owner for re-access for the duration of their stay.


4. Anyone arriving with an animal wIll be asked if the animal is a Service or ESA animal, otherwise, they will be directed to front desk with all proper documentation regarding the animal.

 

 


RESORT ACCESS PROCEDURES FOR DURATION OF STAY


1. Everyone arriving at Pelican Beach must produce their parking hang tag for re-access.


2. Registered guests will not be permitted to have visitors at any time unless it is an emergency (medical, etc.)


3. Guests arriving on foot shall provide the same information as any other arrival unless they are wearing the proper wristbands. This includes everyone in their party.


4. All deliveries, with the exception of USPS, UPS or FedEx shall check in with security and give factual name and recipients information (Unit #, Name, etc).


5. All food deliveries shall check in with security with service name and recipients information (Unit #, Name, etc). Any driver refusing to do so will not be allowed to drive onto property and the guest shall be notified to pick up delivery at entrance.


6. All taxi, Uber, Lyft or other vehicles providing transportation for either pick-up or drop off will provide service name, name of guest and purpose of entry.

 

Please note, anyone refusing to comply with any security entry rules will not be allowed into the resort. Their vehicle information will be documented and forwarded accordingly.

Local Recommendations: Need dinner reservations or ideas for a family outing? Our guest services team is happy to suggest local gems, whether it’s dining, shopping, or activities.

 

Pelican Pass: As a guest, you receive discounts at nearby attractions and restaurants. Ask the guest service team about our local partnerships for the best deals!

 


IMPORTANT RESORT POLICIES

 

  • Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.

  •  

  • Smoking: All use of any tobacco product involving smoking, burning, or combustion of tobacco is strictly prohibited on any of the limited common element patios and balconies, and on all of the common elements of the condominium lying within the footprint of the condominium building, including all walkways in front of units, the elevator foyers, all lobbies, all elevators, the indoor pool, all gym facilities, all public restrooms and all conference rooms.

     

    There are two places you can smoke on the property. The designated areas is the south side of covered parking and tiki bar area. Smoking of non-tobacco products which are harmful to the health, safety, and welfare of the unit owners is also strictly prohibited in the above designated areas.

     

    This prohibition also extends to the use of electronic cigarettes, including “vaping” or the inhaling of vapors, including tobacco-free vapors, from a personal vaporizer device.

     

    Please note, the prohibition on smoking, against the use of any lighted or burning tobacco or non-tobacco product, and against “vaping,” extends to all unit owners as well as their occupants, family, guests, invitees, lessees and all others who are present on any portion of the common elements or limited common element balconies of Pelican Beach Resort Condominium.

PARKING


Convenient parking is available at the Pelican Beach Resort and Terrace building! Parking passes will be distributed when you check-in. Remember to display your parking pass on the dashboard at all times.

 

 

CHECK-IN


Our staff members are excited to welcome you to the Resorts of Pelican Beach! Check in time is between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM. Please note that early arrival does not guarantee early check-in. Rental payments are due in full upon check in.

 

 

BEACH SERVICES


All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Social distancing standards will be adhered to on the beach. Beach set-ups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.
