and conditions for renting vacation condominiums from The Terrace at
Pelican Beach or Pelican Beach
Resorts & Conference Center. If you have a question or concern which

SPRING BREAK AND 4TH OF JULY HOLIDAY RENTAL
POLICIES
In addition to our normal policies below, additional policies have
been established to enhance the Spring Break and the 4th of July
holiday experience for all of our

CHECK
IN/CHECK OUT
Check in time is between 4:00 and 6:00 PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM.
Early arrival does not guarantee early check-in.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
A
credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) is
acceptable to secure your reservation. The deposit amount of two
hundred dollars ($200.00) will be forfeited if a cancellation is
made less than 14 days prior to arrival. If it is necessary for
you to cancel your reservation due to closure of our beach area
by public officials due to potential hurricane landfall, you will not be charged for a late cancellation. If
you are already at Pelican Beach Resort or The Terrace at the time
of the closure, you will be refunded any unused portion of
your rent if you choose to check-out early.
Rental payments are due
in full upon check in.
RATES/TAXES
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is
guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation. Although every
effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information
contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or
omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or
cancel any of the information or offers featured online at any time.
Rates do not include state and local taxes, amenity fees (when
applicable), or $100 non-refundable reservation administration fee.
RESERVATION
ADMINISTRATION FEE
All reservations are subject to a non-refundable $95 reservation
administration fee.
PETS
Pets are not allowed at The Resorts at Pelican Beach. Please, no
exceptions.
MINIMUM AGE
REQUIREMENTS
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of
25 unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
WHAT TO BRING
All the important things. Bring your tennis racquet, beach towels, a
good book, other beach items and suntan lotion. Please no beach tents.
WHAT NOT TO
BRING
Linens are provided and all units have fully equipped kitchens. Many
units have a washer and dryer and there are laundry facilities on
property.

We accept cash, Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, traveler
checks, and some checks (inquire prior to arrival).
