until after your reservation is confirmed. We don’t! You can feel
confident knowing that when you make a reservation, you will receive the
LOWEST TOTAL PRICE for your stay.

personalized service by our customer services representatives. On-site
check in, in-house charging privileges, room to room dialing, high speed
internet, on-site maintenance and key access for lock-outs are some of

Terms
and Conditions
If
you find and advise Pelican Beach Management of a lower, published, room
rate for Pelican Beach Resort or the Terrace, for the same unit type and
bed type, and for the same dates and number of guests, within 24 hours
after making your reservation, Pelican Beach Management, Inc. will honor
the competing rate.
Your reservation must be made through Pelican Beach Management, Inc.
online reservations system or through our reservations office at
888-735-4226
The Lowest Rate Guarantee will compare the total room cost of the
stay booked at the Pelican Beach Management, Inc. rate with the
total room cost of the stay booked at a competing rate with the same
rate limitations.
The Lowest Rate Guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates not
available to the general public. Rates not available to the general
public include, but not limited to, corporate discount rates, group
rates, meeting rates, any rates requiring membership in a club, or
rates offered by individual condominium owners.
Pelican Beach Resort lowest rate guarantee cannot be combined with
other offers or promotions. Void where prohibited by law. Pelican
Beach Management, Inc. reserves the right to amend, revise,
supplement, suspend or discontinue the lowest rate guarantee at
anytime in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Some
restrictions may apply.
