Pelican Beach Management, Inc. - Benefits to Guests

PELICAN BEACH MANAGEMENT, INC. IS THE EXCLUSIVE, ON-SITE RENTAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR THE RESORTS OF PELICAN BEACH. Guests of Pelican Beach Management enjoy a number of exclusive benefits not available to guest of any other rental company program!

Onsite Check-In and Check-Out - for both rental owners and guests staying at Pelican Beach Resort or The Terrace at Pelican Beach. The Guest Services Desk in the lobby of Pelican Beach Resort is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Charge Privileges - Pelican Beach Management guests and rental program owners can charge the following services to the unit account: 

  • Beach umbrellas

  • Chan's Deli charges

  • Pelican Beach Bar charges

  • Special event charges

  • Long Distance telephone calls

Guest-Friendly Deposit Policy - Pelican Beach Management offers the most "guest-friendly" deposit policy in Destin!  Guests may use a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) to secure their reservation. The deposit amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00) will be forfeited if a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival. Rental payments are due in full upon check in.

Housekeeping - On-site housekeeping services, extra linen, paper products and other guest needs available from our on-site front desk - 24 hours a day.

Maintenance - Maintenance problems for rental units are handled on-site by trained maintenance personnel.  Owners and guests can call the front desk 24 hours a day form maintenance issues.

On-Site Laundry Facilities - Guest laundry facilities are available on odd-numbered floors in the Pelican Beach Resort for guests whose units do not have a washer and dryer.  All units in the Terrace have washers and dryers.

Lockouts - Owners and guests who have been locked out of their units may contact the front desk for re-entry, t24 hours a day!

Telephones - Room to room dialing, voicemail, switchboard services, free local and toll-free services, wake-up service, 24 hours a day switchboard service.

High Speed Internet - All Pelican Beach Management, Inc. rental units include complimentary high-speed Internet access.

In-House Television Channel - Pelican Beach Management produces an exclusive in-house television channel featuring property amenities, schedules of events and activities, and real estate sales information.

In-Room Directory - Pelican Beach Management maintains in-room directories to assist guests with their informational needs.  The in-room directories contain property information, facility information and hours, important telephone numbers, resort rules and regulations, area attraction information, and area maps.

Concierge Services - Pelican Beach Management guest services staff is available 24 hours a day to provide information on area restaurants, attractions and golf information. Guests should visit the Guest Services Desk in the lobby of the Pelican Beach Resort.

Snowbird Program - The Pelican Beach Management guest activities coordinator develops a comprehensive list of winter season entertainment exclusive to our "snowbird" guests.  Events include, pot luck dinners, trips, such as casino trips to Biloxi, card game nights, arts and craft classes, fitness/wellness classes and sporting events such as shuffleboard, tennis and golf!

After just one visit to Pelican Beach, guests understand why we have one of the greatest rates of return visits! Pelican Beach Managementís mission is to exceed guestís expectations at every opportunity.

PlayZone Children's Program - The Pelican Beach Management guest activities staff produces a seasonal children activity program which includes arts and crafts, games and entertainment events, such as parents night out.

Meetings/Conference/Social Events - The Pelican Beach Management is the exclusive representative for all conference and meeting facilities at the Pelican Beach resort and The Terrace at Pelican Beach.  The Conference Services department provides groups with the following services: group accommodation planning, food & beverage catering, audio/visual services, spouse programs, group activities planning - golf, fishing charters etc., floral and gift basket services, children's programs and sitting services, guest speakers, beach weddings, and theme-event planning.

Special Guest Discounts - The Pelican Beach Management occasionally makes exclusive discounts tickets to area attractions available for purchase to Pelican Beach Management guests.
