Conference Center
- The
Conference Center is a two-story facility located in the Pelican
Beach Resort with services for groups to 300 people plus pre-function area.
A circular staircase and signature artwork
welcome attendees to the conference center foyer. All
meeting space in the conference center is located on the second
floor with a terrace and large window views overlooking the
outdoor pools and the Gulf.
The Conference
Center can be divided into 4 separate rooms. Collectively,
the facility can handle food functions to 200 people or meetings
to 350 people.
Attendees can
access the conference center through a covered entrance on the ground
floor or via elevator from the guestrooms. In addition, there
is an elevator exclusive to guests within the conference center.
Restroom facilities exclusive to the conference center are located
on the second floor.

Dolphin Room
- The Dolphin
Room is located
on the 3rd floor above the lobby in the Pelican Beach Resort and
serves groups to 30 people. The Dolphin Room is immediately
accessible to elevators serving the entire building and provides
the perfect place for a board meeting or breakout room. |

The Terrace Room
- The
Terrace Room is located on the lobby level of The Terrace at
Pelican Beach. The Terrace Room can be divided into two
separate rooms and serves groups to 40 people. The Terrace
Room overlooks the pool deck. |

Hospitality
Suites - The Resort of Pelican Beach offers a number of
condominiums perfect for hospitality events for groups up to 30
people. These special condominiums offer large expansive
decks overlooking the lake and Gulf of Mexico. These
hospitality units are exceptional for informal events, especially sunset and
evening functions. |

Beachside Deck
- The beachside deck at Pelican Beach Resort is nestled in the
dunes overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The deck is
adjacent to our tropical Beachside Bar and serves up to 250 people
in a social setting. |

Parking Deck - The
Parking deck is adjacent to the Conference Center and is attached via a
covered walkway to the second floor of the conference center. This
allows planners and attendees plenty of free parking as well as easy
load-in of event materials.
In addition to serving as a
parking facility to the conference center, the upper level of the parking
deck provides a preferred site for large outdoor events. |
